Help me buy 4$

Hi! I am from PH. I just recently bought a wireless ear buds from a physical store for the first time but when I got home the ear buds is not pairing/working. Nothing appears on my phone. I know this is not something that is an urgent need or important thing for daily but I really want to have something like this. If anyone has a spare 4$, it will be a huge help for me to buy a new one.

If you're asking why I didn't return the buds. The reason is that I only do commute. The store is far and the fare is about the same amount as the buds. So its like spending more just to get back there.
