Can't feel like this anymore. Should I take the Luvox?

OCD was managed for a while with Trintellix at 30mg but a few months ago I stopped due to horrible GI side effects. I was coasting for a while and doing fine and slowly the intrusive thoughts I could push away started getting more loud again. Got triggered by something on Monday and have been in a panic since. I can't feel like this again. It has been many years since it has been this bad. I am scared to take the Luvox. I read there's nausea side effects. I have a surgery at the beginning of August and a trip before and I don't want to ruin those but I know OCD will ruin them anyway. I cry every day.
