It Slices, It Dices, It even makes Purple Bricks! (Cenotaph Support Build)

Warlock PvE

Sick of hearing your Fireteam members asking to delay starting damage so they can farm ammo? Do your squishy team mates keep wasting revive tokens? Do you want a good mix of survivability, add clear and support without sacrificing your DPS?

Tablet of Ruin, Chronophage and Cenotaph Mask are your friend. Apply Sever, Volatile, Scorch and Weaken to entire rooms. Put down a rift every 10 seconds and make your Fireteam proud!

Subclass, Aspects, Fragments:

Subclass: Solar, Well of Radiance The neat thing about this build is it's subclass agnostic. You can apply everything here to a different subclass and the build still functions at peak capacity. However, since you're running support I'm assuming your running Well. Void is too interesting because you can put void buddies everywhere.

Aspects: Touch of Flame, enhanced Healing Grenades pair really well with Empowering Rift, enhanced Fusions let you blow stuff up. Helion, free damage, free class energy, what's not to love?

Fragments: Mercy and Solace give you more survivability. Singeing and Searing help you fuel your abilities.

Artifact, Tablet of Ruin:

Elemental Siphon: Slot filler. Free super energy is nice, particularly if you're on well.

Volatile Marksman: This allows you to spam rifts and Phoenix Dive constantly.

Maligned Harvest: Allows you to extend weaken for your tractor player. If you don't have tractor, it allows you to apply a soft weaken for your team. It turns your legendary Trace Rifle into a baby Div. See the Heavy Weapon section for more.

Gold From Lead: Cenotaph. Enough said.

Harsh Refraction: A borderline 100% uptime 50% damage boost to your trace rifle. Melting even the beefiest orange bars with ease.

To Shreds: With the constant uptime of your class ability, you can make extreme use of Slice to provide you and your team Woven Mail while reducing enemy damage output.

Horde Shuttle/Limit Break/Particle Reconstruction: The last slot is dealer's choice. Horde Shuttle allows you to spread sever very efficiently. Limit Break gives you some extra super damage, but doesn't do anything if you're on Well. Particle is an option if you want to do linear damage and you don't have strong weaken.

Weapons:

Kinetic: Slice primary, highly recommend an auto rifle here. You're only ever firing this to proc slice or if you somehow run out of ammo. Alternatively, Festival Flight with slice is a very strong option if you can manage your ammo economy.

Energy: Chronophage, the Void Trace Rifle from Echoes. This is your bread and butter. With Destabilizing Rounds, you'll constantly be gaining class ability energy, weakening and making entire rooms volatile. The 50% damage boost from the artifact is insane and lets you tear through most enemies with ease.

Heavy: Pick your favourite DPS option here. Your damage against champions is poor on GM or Ultimate, so keep that in mind. You do enough damage on Master or below that you're only concern is boss damage. Microcosm naturally synergizes with Cenotaph and Harsh Refraction (only 20%), but it's still a middling DPS option. Tractor Cannon is an appealing option because your Trace Rifle can extend weaken indefinitely, meaning you only need one tractor shot for the whole DPS phase. As a caveat, you cannot apply Volatile while standing in your own Well of Radiance. You can apply it in someone else's well. You have to stand on the edge of your well and use radiant for the damage buff.

Armor:

Exotic: Cenotaph Mask makes it so your rarely reload and can print ammo for the whole fireteam. Simply click the yellow bar and let your allies finish the job.

Do note, that due to the way Cenotaph works, it becomes significantly less useful without yellow bars. Thus, it functions best when the difficulty is Master or Higher. If you want to run this build on Normal or Expert, I recommend you run Boots of the Assembler.

Loadout Swap: Assuming you're on well, swapping to Lunafaction Boots or Boots of the Assembler can bring fireteam damage up immensely.

Armor Set: CODA enables you to spam grenades, something this build otherwise mostly ignores. Having a healing grenade can allow for some clutch moments. Since your rotating between weapons to proc slice, the damage resist has good uptime with this build. Hezen Lord makes you an orb printer, giving you and your allies armor charge. Detestation offers similar benefits to CODA, but with the added benefit of healing you on kill. The main difference is you need to get a finisher beforehand. Promised Victory/TechSec makes you tanky as hell.

Stat Spread:

Health: As close to 0 as possible.

Melee: Irrelevant.

Grenade: 70-90 for Healing grenade. 100+ for Fusions. Not as important as you other stats.

Super: 90 is good for most situations, however there will be longer damage phases. In which case 130-150 will help immensely.

Class: 70-90 it's crucial you have your class stat above 70. We want to slice any and everything while having permanent uptime on Helion.

Weapons: Maximum. We love ammo, we love damage.

Armor Mods:

Head: Heavy Ammo Finder, Heavy Ammo Scout, Void Siphon. Optionally, replace your scout with a Super Font if you need more time on your well. If you're loadout swapping, swap to triple super font for maximum well time.

Arms: Loader mods for your heavy weapon. If you can't make 70+ grenade naturally, put a grenade font here. Void/Strand Dexterity feels nice here, but isn't necessary.

Body: Relevant resist mods.

Legs: 2x Heavy Surge, Recuperation. If you're loadout swapping run Recuperation, Strand Loader and Innervation (or Stacks on Stacks for double special). Swap to triple heavy surges.

Bond: Special Finisher, Powerful Attraction, Time Dilation. If you're running Hezen Lord Time Dilation is redundant. Replace with a Class Font or Proximity Ward.
