Nift counseling , urgent help

I made a huge mistake i got kolkata in round 1 (bft) and i chose float , in round 2 I got hyderabad but i didn't submit willingness because I was confused wether to float or freeze i thought Id do it on the last day but I missed it , idk what to do anymore, yesterday the portal wasn't even opening so I used got and Google. Google toh said I'll be kicked out of round 3 and will have to play ins pot round but chatgpt didn't say anything

Today when I logged in, there was an option to modify choice filling for round 3 so atleast I've not been kicked out but what about my previous seat? When I checked allotment letter I saw allotment of round 1 only , round 2 said no document found contact the admin

I've been calling helpdesk but i realised it's Saturday and the working days are mon to fri , I also emailed them.

Please idk how am I going to spend next 36 hrs w/o knowing anything I feel so stressed.
