b.tech bioinfromatics at amity noida

hello.

i will be taking admission in b.tech bioinfromatics program at Amity University, Noida. my plan is to pivot entirely towards tech field and corporate sector.

are there any minor degrees (specifically related to coding and data sciences) that i can pursue along with my major degree to improve my chances of getting placement? how nice are they? and when do you get to choose them (which semester)? please provide overall ratings for the same too.

ps: 1. idc that i wont get placement in my core branch, i just want a good paying job.

2. also, will be doing other certification courses from online platforms like udemy, coursera, etc. please also inform me how apt they are for a good cv.

any senior who is doing the same, please guide.

thank you.
