Ran max mid-roll ads (22.30m/hr) for a 3.5-hour stream with 33 CCV on Twitch, but only made $0.03 in Ad Revenue. Is this CPM normal? Need advice on Twitch Ad Revenue.

I'm a Twitch Affiliate trying to understand how the ad revenue system and CPM work. I recently checked my stats for a single stream, and the ad payout seems surprisingly low, even after running the maximum allowable ads.
