22M - Seeing static/noise in the dark and floating spots in my vision

Medical conditions: None that I know of.

I've been noticing that when I'm in a dark room or at night, I see what looks like visual static or tiny flickering dots across my vision. I also see floating spots (floaters) that move when I move my eyes.

I don't have eye pain or redness. I would like to know what could cause this and whether I should see an ophthalmologist. Is this something urgent?
