Zara isn't working at all

I have been trying to give an interview on this platform for the past two weeks, but I have been unable to do so because of a persistent issue with Zara. It is not responding at all, and even after more than two weeks, it still hasn't been approved.

My internet connection is stable and fast, so the issue is not on my end. Zara is consistently disrupting every interview attempt, making the entire experience extremely frustrating.
