Accidentally reset a modded wii. Stuck on scam screen. Please, help?

It turns on and works but if I click on the Letterbomb in my emails, it gets stuck on the scam screen. What am I supposed to do? Take the SIM out? Could someone explain it to me in an elementary way? I'm very ignorant technology-wise. I'm sorry (It's not a Wiiu, just a normal Wii)
