Moving into Nottingham

Hello, I am young professional for my grad job. I have been looking at residences and after doing some research I have found out that the most famous areas are Beeston, West Bridgford and The Park. However, due to the time of the year and maybe just rent prices being high a lot of them seem quite expensive for the type of property. I am trying to stay below 1000. I have seen a property I liked in Arboretum area (20min from my job), my only problem there seem to be no reviews online on this area and I am quite afraid it could be a dangerous or very noisy area.

Could someone provide me some information every post I found was 5 years old or more.
