Cryptic code in rejection messages? What do you think?
I really don’t mind rejection letters but I find it extremely curious why there is so much random wording in a automated message.
Can someone explain this phenomenon? It’s just a rejection. Completely fine but all of the jargon, empty wording, constant excuses make me wonder if there is a true motive behind that communication. I’m pretty sure the more they add random blobs and paragraphs the more things aren’t functionally working.
Is the recruiter trying to tell a story? Are they sending a message?
What do you think? Any cases or examples you have?
