Anti-proficiency

A skill you are anti-proficient in subtracts your PB from the check. If you have anti-proficiency in a skill, you can not also have proficiency or expertise in that skill.

Use cases: a mechanical downsides for hag bargains, magic items, and other homebrew. Like a paladin amulet of sincerity that gives expertise is persuasion but anti-proficiency in deception.
