What will it take for this stock to take off?

Ive been invested in GMG for a few years now, road the waves up and down. The company has been killing it since the EPA approval in my opinion. All good news and seemingly big milestones as far as sales teams, approvals, manufacturing etc. But the stock price hasn't moved much. I would have expected it to go up substantially lately.

What will be the big catalyst? The odd thing is the stock will make a big jump on no news what so ever like when it went up to 3.80 a few months back
