I’m a little confused

Hey guys. I met this girl about 4 months ago and we hit it off great. She told me when we first started talking that she wanted to implement a 3 month rule to make sure there weren’t any red flags before she made the decision to get serious. I completely understand and agree. Fast forward 3 months and we’ve had a great time. We’ve been on plenty of dates and met each others friends and family.
Her family knows me well and I’d like to introduce her to my parents but only when she’s my girlfriend. I asked her to be that and she said she needed more time which is completely fine with me. I’m confused because we are acting like a couple already but she needs more time. We are 4 months in now and her 3 month rule is over. I will give her the time but not sure how much longer I should wait. Here’s some details about us because I do think this is very important. I am 29 years old and haven’t dated in 3 years. She’s 36 and hasn’t dated in 3 years also. I do think the age gap has something to do with it because she told me when we first started talking that she was insecure about the age gap.
