E-Reader (kindle) type monitor as a display for custom?

I really want to build a cyberdeck with a more E-reader type monitor, I'm a writer with adhd and I really feel like the blue light makes it hard to concentrate for long hours writing, it's highly distracting and takes me out of the zone that I usually get when righting on paper. What kind of monitors are out there that have that more "book like" display?
