[V4V] Femboy Uniforms

I have an idea that I've found lately thats been turning me on when I have been writing it solo, and I want to also have someone else to enjoy it with me. The plot wise is pretty simple, and it doesn't have to be Hooters its just for the name sake. But I see an establishment, either real or fictional, start a rebranding campaign for their male staff. It starts out small but then it just seems to progressively get worse or better for those who like it.

For example, it starts out small like Femboy Friday's, instead of their traditional uniform which would be like a button up and some slacks or jeans, they are now wearing a crop top with the company logo, a small skirt that is barely covering their manhood or ass and just barely covered up by a black or white pantie, stockings, etc. The idea having of course "being accepted by corporate" and starting this campaign. Ultimately forcing the male staff to do it, or face termination.

Then it gets more complicated as each new adoption and change to the campaign.

Top less Tuesdays, No crop top

Free Peak Friday, no panties under the skirt

Stripped Sunday, where customers can pay tips to have a staff member remove clothing, the bigger the donation, the more clothing.

Etc as the weeks change, and still with everything being mandatory and this new company strategy is across the whole franchise.

I would like to establish other days of the week and maybe other changes that could get implemented. One of the things I want to discuss is typically I like my males to still be masculine presenting, so for me, I imagine they still have things like body hair, masculine presenting face but forced to wear this clothing which they can find uncomfortable or foreign to their normal wardrobe. Especially with the exposure of their pits with the crop top being visible or like if they bend over in a wrong direction for too long someone can quite literally see their junk or ass. The humiliation aspect is essentially what I am more invested in rather than the "Femboy" lifestyle. I normally prefer Masc4Masc but I applied Masc4any as I do not want to disenfranchise people who present fem or have femboys as a preference for themselves. Not only do I want to be more open as the idea of a boy being forced to be femboy is hot to me, I also want to write a fun prompt with you.

For me I, I am 29, Gay, I can write either Dom or Sub, I wanna see a male hopefully with pit hair forced to wear a skirt sounds hot to me, and I prefer more of a twink asethic but still masculine presenting, think Joey Mills.
