Extremely underperforming laptop

I had been experiencing heating issues on my Asus Tuf F17 and whenever I played any game, it would heat up and crash. I downloaded throttlestop and that got my temprature down and Everything was alright.

Today I went to have it serviced and the guy applied thermal paste and silicone pads, cleaned it and I got back home and I opened up spiderman remastered and it kept having stutters like I had to capped at 60 and yesterday it was working smoothly and always, this time it kept going below 60 even though the tempratures were much lower than before.

Thats the context and I added this aswell and this seems like an issue. Ignore cpu load ig
