Hot pot recs

I live on the Cape and need to pick up my dad at Logan. He's never had hot pot before, so I thought it'd be a fun place to take him.

We both love seafood and spicy food. I've been to Spring Shabu Shabu and Liuyishou Hotpot and enjoyed both, but I'd like to try somewhere new.

Have you been to any of these? If you had to pick one, which would you choose?

• Happy Lamb
• The Q (Chinatown)
• Shabu-Zen
• Royal Hotpot (Quincy)

I'd love to hear your experiences or which one you'd recommend. If there's another hot pot spot you think is even better, I'm open to suggestions.

We'll be driving from Logan back to the Cape, so anywhere in Boston or along the route south works.
