All tests are normal still miserable life😕

For past 14 years dealing with indigestion, loss of appetite, extreme weight loss, fatigue but so far found nothing gastroenterologist don't have answers

My fecal elastese was very low 56 ugi but pancreas looked normal on ct abdomen

1. Don't have constipation or diarrhea but stools are pasty, mushy, sticky and bit shiny some days

2.I'm 5'9 weigh 48 kg.. Was 61 in 2014 have extreme muscle loss aswell

3 no appetite at all, dry burps and gas after eating anything.. Though no pain extreme rigid dandruff with painful scalp, very poor sleep

4.my main concern is fecal elastese is 56 and stools are pasty mushy loose unformed always but Pancreatic enzymes dint help me...

What am i missing... Even blood tests are normal endoscopy, ct scan abdomen all normal

I know that i have low stoamch acid but what's causing it also unknown because have rifaximin and other antibiotics several times..
