0 and Limited messages nonsense

Can anyone explain to me what's happening to Chai? I've been locked on 0 messages for a while and for 2 DAYS I had like 700 free messages which then disappeared for no reason. (Didn't even use up all of the 700). I'm in the Eastern EU region if needed. I hate being locked on 0 for no reason
