PLU and PLU+ in CANVAS system

Hi!
Maybe is a stupid question but:
yesterday it arrived the Canvas system for CC1, when i was about to add the filament spools i notice that one of the 4 is a PLU+ instead of standard PLU (like the other 3), can i use it together? there is some settings that i need to do?
