Anyone else’s Airtel Xstream Fiber down in Kale Nagar (near D-Mart) for the last 48 hours?

Hey guys,

Is anyone else in the Kale Nagar / D-Mart area (Gangapur Road) experiencing a Airtel Wifi outage? My internet has been completely dead for almost 48 hours now. It is further confusing as there is no rain and the wifi is down for this long. (Red dot and Wifi connected with no internet)

To top it off, we've had electricity outages today as well, making the whole situation more confusing.

I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting - rebooting the router, checking the Airtel Thanks app, etc. Yesterday, the app didn’t even bother giving a resolution time. This morning, it promised it would be restored by 3 PM, but surprise surprise... still nothing.

Because it shows up as an outage on the app, I assume it’s an area-wide issue, but 48 hours with zero actual information or updates feels ridiculous.

Trying to get a human on their customer service is a nightmare. It’s just that useless AI chatbot that loops you in circles.

Honestly, I'm already exhausted with Airtel. It literally took me 4 months of constant fighting, emails, and calls just to get them to stop charging me for a DTH connection I haven't used in ages. This was supposed to be the very first billing cycle where I was finally just paying for the Wifi, and now this happens.

Are any neighbors here facing the same issue, or is it just my luck? If anyone has managed to get through to a local technician or has an update on when this is actually getting fixed, please let me know!
