Just a quick thought about accutane and fascia

Misc.

When you think about it, could “dehydrated fascia” be a source of people’s muscle/joint pain that showed up after/during accutane?
Fascia is 70% water and as we all know, accutane doesn’t dehydrate just the skin, it dries out all mucous membranes in the body. It is proven that accutane decreases the activity of hyaluronic acid which is produced by fascia. So if fascia is dried from accutane, it produces less hyaluronic acid which then leads to the fascia being dry and irritating nerves. I don’t know I’m not a professional, I’m just sharing my research and thoughts.
Could maybe fascia relief exercices be good for those who struggle with muscle and joint pain from accutane?
