ebook request at 🌊

hi, everyone. does anyone know what's the process like to request from that website? I requested a book from them and it has been uploaded recently, but unfortunately it's only available in PDF, not epub. I wonder if they're gonna upload the epub version later, or should I just be happy with the PDF? or should I email them and ask? TIA!
