Retro Eyeglasses

So I got the twitch drop from the other day for Retro Eyeglasses and just jumped into the game but didn't see it as an option to buy. I have the pair in my locker, but since it's a wearable and I'll at some point die, how do I get them back? Are they are one and down item? Does Vulture sell them? Curious. Thanks!
