Cooler won't come off , spirng loaded screws dont turn at all(Legion 5 15ith6)

I used PH 00 and PH 000 screwdrivers, neither of them worked, however both of them were able to unscrew only one specific spring loaded srew. I'm scared of completely damaging screw heads, as one of them is pretty worn out at this point
