What league could I get to? (Th12)

I recently started playing clash again (past 4 months) and I’m almost max th12. Im currently in Valkyrie 13 and I use edragons + lightning spell deck. When I started playing again I was only in archer 9 and I’ve cruised through no problem, I’m starting to encounter a lot of max th13s which is making my progression slower. I’m wondering what is the maximum league I could reach at th12?
