Spitting stitch

I noticed about 2 days ago, that the end of my incision felt a little more painful so I checked on it. Im 5 weeks pp and hadnt had any issues till now. I put a moisture absorbing pad over it and checked it and saw some brownish discharge which I read could be old blood. Ive never had a major surgery before this. I know the chance of the incision being infected or reopened is much less likely, im still afraid I did something wrong 😭
