Drafting Tips (Mythic II-III)

Hi, been playing Brawl Stars for over a Year rn and i like to play a lot a ranked, the farthest i achived was Mythic III and i didnt go to legendary I was because of Drafting. My problem is that i suffer with people who has a lot of brawlers, my strategy is ban the overpowered or ones who can be a counter because i dont have a lot of Variety to play with. Any Tips that can help with It

(OBS: My lvl 11's are: Tara, Frank(SP and Hyper Buffies), Shelly (SP and Hyper Buffies), Piper, Amber, Byron, Belle, Collete (All Buffies), Crow (Gadget and Hyper Buffies), Brock (No Buffies), Bea, Tick, Bo (Gadget Buffie), Leon (Gadget and SP Buffies), Chester, Otis, Berry (Theses 3 No Hyper), Eve, Carl, Ruffs, Barley, Rico (No Buffies), Angelo, Penny, Bull (Gadget and Hyper Buffies), Griff (Only SP Buffie), Gus, Nita, Edgar (SP Buffie), Carl, Colt (Gadget and SP Buffies), Pam and Shade)
