How does downloading AC data work if you have the red symbol on it?

So apologies if this is a dumb question as I just started playing AC6 yesterday so I'm pretty new to how this part of the game works but I've been having a ton of fun so far. On the companion site there was AC Data for BT-7274 from Titanfall 2 which I immediately wanted to use. When I did there's a red exclamation symbol which I assume means I don't have the parts for it. My question is when you have all the parts unlocked in the shop and have enough money to buy them all, will I be able to load the data for the AC Data?
