Can AI agents replace manual notes for real estate client meetings?
Hi all,
After talking with a few friends who are real estate agents one thing that stood out is that the hardest part isn't finding listings. It's keeping track of every client conversation. Budget updates, neighborhood preferences, deal breakers, and follow-ups end up scattered across CRMs, notes, and memory.
I've been thinking this is exactly where AI agents could help. Been testing Bluedot because it records meetings without a bot, creates transcripts, summaries, action items, and keeps everything searchable. It got me thinking that the meeting isn't the interesting part anymore. What happens after it is.
Has anyone built something like this? What would your agent do with real estate client meeting data after the conversation ends?
