What did Markle get?

From watching Markle over the years it’s very clear that she doesn’t do anything unless there’s something in it for her. So my question is: what did she get out of attending this meeting? We know what she didn’t get-a high profile entrance to/exit from Highgrove or photos to publish. So what was it? Because if she didn’t get something she would not have been there. What do you all think?
