Does anyone else on pc need to start ragnarok twice every time they want to play

Not sure if the game doesn’t like to be alt f4’d or what but for some reason I always need to start it twice on steam before i can actually play. Either it will crash on the first startup or it will start normally but not recognize controller input. Not really a big deal but curious if this is a normal issue.
