Waivers for a hip issue

Last year I was involved in a car accident which resulted in some hip pain. I went to ortho and found out that I had a stress reaction and an impingement. I was cleared in january for normal activities but I'm worried that the presence of the impingement won't be waiverable. Has anyone seen a waiver for this approved?
