Looking for a vacant spot/space in Hyderabad to start a small fruit/health-food stall

Hey everyone,

I'm planning to start a small street-side fruit/health-food stall in Hyderabad (think fruit bowls, smoothies, healthy snacks) and I'm on the lookout for a good vacant spot to set it up.

Ideally looking for something like:

• A small vacant space, corner spot, or unused shop-front area with decent foot traffic (near offices, gyms, colleges, parks, or residential areas would be great)
• Open to both a small stall/cart setup or a tiny shop space if available
• Budget-friendly rent since this is a fresh start, not a big-budget setup

If you know of any vacant spots, have a space yourself that's sitting unused, or can point me toward someone (landlord, local shop owner, etc.) who might be open to renting out a small area — I'd really appreciate a comment or DM.

Also happy to hear suggestions on areas/localities in Hyderabad that tend to work well for this kind of health-food stall, if you've got local knowledge to share!
