Is anyone else getting weirdly personal ads on their FYP?

I need to know if I'm being paranoid.
Yesterday I had a conversation with my friend about getting a new mattress. We were at a coffee shop. I didn't type it anywhere.
Today, my FYP is filled with mattress ads.

This isn't the first time. Last month I mentioned wanting to visit Japan to my brother. Next day, Japan travel videos everywhere.
I know the "phone is listening" thing is debated. But at this point it's hard to ignore. The targeting is too specific.
Has anyone else experienced this? And is there any way to stop it?
