Home use options re insurance

Hi, just curious what the hive mind thinks I should do about the below.

I've gone to insure my home and noticed my home use includes "Clerical and admin use". My alternative options are 'none' and 'other'; 'other' instantly refuses me cover and obviously when I try and pursue that I get pushed to a chatbot that doesn't know what I'm trying to ask (and apparently there are no numbers i can call(!)), I find that doubtful but don't have time to dig, I might pick it up again Monday depending on what you all think.

The work I do from home is a few hours a week of technical writing, basically summarising cases and writing articles, so it's me and a laptop and a desk. I'm not running a creche, or manufacturing, or having customers round, or anything. But it's not clerical work in the way I interpret clerical work. But I'm doing the exact same things as if I was doing clerical work, so typing into a computer, so don't see how I am somehow a higher risk.

My question is, why does this matter? Presumably if I said no business use and a customer fell and broke my tv, or my lathe exploded and took out a wall, or... I don't know what, the insurer would a genuine issue. I don't get this question and whether me putting clerical work will have any effect?
