Advice on dealing with a toxic supervisor

Rant - Advice wanted :snoo_scream:

I’m in my last year of grad school, currently in the middle of practicum. At first I really liked my site supervisor, but then I started noticing things I don’t like, and a bit unprofessional. She talks badly about the other therapists, comes off so rude sometimes and will give attitude. Also very nitpicky with everythinggg. The only reason I haven’t reported her to my school yet is because clinically she’s a good supervisor, it’s just her attitude that sucks.

I just saw the evaluation she put in for me, and it was kind of a slap in the face. She gave me the lowest scores for professionalism and receiving feedback, which was very shocking. Then the comments she put for that didn’t really match the category, or the severity of the rating(in which most of them I was blindsided). If I was a professor reading this and didn’t know the student, I would assume that they have a terrible attitude and don’t feel like being there. Which doesn’t sound like me at all, and it honestly feels like a personal attack against my character.

Unfortunately it’s too late to change sites and I know I’m going to be stuck there for another 10 months. I genuinely enjoy what I do, and what I’ve been learning so far, but this has made me feel discouraged from going back. I don’t know how I’m going to continue dealing with her, without going insane.
