ITR V submission- France Schengen Visa

Need some advice regarding ITRs for a France Schengen visa. My appointment is on 30th july.
I have:
ITR-V for AY 2023–24
ITR-V for AY 2024–25
ITR-U (Updated Return) ITR-V for AY 2025–26 (I had missed the e-verification deadline for the original return. The acknowledgment also mentions that I paid the applicable interest and late filing amount.)
ITR-V for AY 2026–27

From what I understand, the France visa checklist only asks for the previous financial year’s ITR.
Should I submit only the latest ITR, or all of them?

Also, for AY 2025–26, is the ITR-U acknowledgment by itself enough, or should I also include Form 26AS, AIS, Form 16, or the tax challan?
Do I need to mention anything in my cover letter…if so what?

Would really appreciate any advice from anyone who’s been in a similar situation.
