Sudden drop in Private and C2C calls on Stripchat - Did I mess up my settings?

Hey everyone,

I work on Stripchat, and until 1 or 2 days ago, I was getting a really good volume of calls regularly. Everything was working perfectly.

However, for the last couple of days, both my Private calls and C2C calls have completely stopped. I am not receiving any incoming requests at all. I'm worried that I might have accidentally changed a setting, pricing, or filter in my dashboard, but I can't figure out what's wrong.

Has anyone else experienced this sudden drop in Pvt/C2C recently? What specific settings or toggles should I double-check to fix this? Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
