Zigbee for HOme Assistant 101, please!

I realized that Matter/Thread is not for my use case. So I'm researching on possible Zigbee implementation. I'm deep into Z-Wave but I can't find Z-Wave RGB bulbs!

Does anymone use this Zigbee coordinator that plugs into an ethernet port? Is it better than a USB dongle that plugs directly to HA server?

For this coordinator that plugs into an ethernet port, can this be plugged into a remote located switch (a room over from the HA server) that is on the same VLAN/subnet as the HA instance?
