Custom Boons

Hello everyone, I am looking for some custom boons to give to my party members as a reward for reaching an in-game milestone. I know the deity boons exist but not all of the characters are super religious, and I am looking for something more personalised. For the Kineticist the boon will be Silvered elemental blasts, the Oracle will get their charisma score instead of strength when attacking with a morningstar (Follower of Milani). I am looking for a boon for my animist (shaman) and my Exemplar (Fetching Bangles + Barrows Edge + Mortal Harvest + The radiant). Any ideas on the same power level as the others? (Currently Level 5)
