Dedicated server crashing at certain regions?

Me and my buddy and playing on his dedicated server and at specific areas the game crashes when it tries to load that area. Files validated and recover corrupted files and when we try again they recurrupt making the game almost unplayable since you never know what area will just be totally off limits cause it causes the whole server to die. Anyone know how to fix this or are we fucked and have to wait for an update or try a new world? Spent 10 hours on this world already
