My sweet boy Bruce Wayne passed away very recently.

His life with his old family was not great. He should have been scared of us when my partner and I brought him home but all he wanted was smooches and snuggles and all the love in the world.

He got very sick very fast and unfortunately the best thing for him was to go to sleep. He was only one.

I couldn’t be there when he passed due to visa complications so when my partner phoned to say we needed to make a decision my whole world felt like it was ending. We had only had him for two months but he was my baby, I loved him more than anything on this earth.

I was sitting on a bench, in the middle of a forest with no one else around deciding what would be best for my boy, a robin came out of nowhere and decided to sit on my bag right next to me. It stayed until we ended the call when it then flew away. I remembered ‘when robins appear, loved ones are near’ so I hope that was Bruce coming to visit one last time.

When I told my partner about it he said “What a coincidence since Robin is Batmans sidekick” which I hadn’t even thought of. My baby had no brain cells but I think Bruce would’ve thought it was smart coming back as a robin for the final time.

My sweet little baby, I miss you so much🖤
