IS IT ENOUGH TO RETIRE.

Male 37 have own house. Family includes two boys aged 10 and 9,wife and parents.

1- I have 2.5 crore in FD .

2- 60 Lakhs in mutual funds.

3-Property and land value is around a crore.

4-Inheritance will be around 1 crore.

5- I am working at 24 LPA .

6- 1.2 Lakhs per month coming from rent appreciating 5 to 10 percent a year.

I am living in tier-2 city and monthly expenses are below 1 lakh. Is it right time to retire or I should wait and go for 5 crore liquid money.
