My Vodafone UK App constantly redirecting me to download the My Vodafone App

I’m trying login, make changes and other stuff in My Vodafone App and for literally EVERYTHING I get redirected to a webpage to “download the app”. This is happening to me for months and I didn’t care much since I had the auto top up but now I can’t make changes.

The call center won’t allow me to speak to an agent, they also point me the app. There’s a glitch and no one’s helpful. Does anyone know? Thanks!
