Living near corporate airport?

I’m looking at buying a home in Readington NJ about 2 miles north of the Solberg airport. it’s possible this airport expands and accepts corporate air travel (long legal battle in process). most air travel takes off south west in near by airports so most days i wouldnt hear much. but days where they take off north east how annoying would this be? I’d bit an over 1000ft west of the like of run way and 1.1 mile north. many say most likely this airport never gets plans for expansion approved. should I walk away? I like near manville airport right now and don’t mind the flight school propeller planes
