Paying extra twice vs monthly

Good morning, I’ve recently done well with my business and have a good sum of extra monthly. I’m looking to pay an extra 1300$ twice monthly or 2600$ monthly. I’ve read twice monthly is good for credit but that is not a big deal to me. I’m just looking for fastest pay off
Bought Feb 2024 284,000$ @2.85 if that helps.
