Doubt about performance on 780m

Hi guys, I'm planning to buy the game now that 1.0 is out, but I'll be playing on a laptop with a Ryzen 7 8840HS, a Radeon 780M, and 16GB of RAM. I'm a bit concerned about the performance, though. Do you think it'll run smoothly, and what settings would you recommend? Thanks!
