Collecting with ladybug for one bottle/day

Advice Please

Apologies because I know versions of this question get asked frequently, but I’m hoping for advice for my specific situation.

Since before I was even pregnant, my partner has been talking about me pumping so he can bottle feed. He’d really like to do a bottle daily but we haven’t tried it yet as we wanted to establish bfing well. Baby is 8 weeks old now. Feeds aren’t on a schedule and my baby likes to feed frequently, usually every 1-2 hours during the day and 2-4 hours overnight. He’s gone a 5-hour stretch a couple times recently. In his first few days, he lost more weight than expected, but I worked on our latch and since then he’s gaining weight and filling diapers appropriately and our dr is happy.

I’ve been using the hakaa ladybug during nighttime feeds to build a little emergency freezer stash and I’m averaging an oz or more of letdown per feed, so I think it would be easy for me to collect enough in a day for one evening bottle just with the ladybug. If I were to do this, how much could I expect my supply to be affected by missing just one feed (considering his number in a day isn’t consistent anyways)? Is it safe to try it for a bit and see? If I really need to pump to keep my supply, would just a regular hakaa be enough, or a different hand pump, or would I need to fork over for something more fancy?
